I went home for Chinese New Year and my mom gave me an old sewing machine she purchased for my aunt years ago - so now I have two! The second is a Kenmore brand and has stitch length and width options (which my Janome doesn't), two spots for top thread spools, a zipper foot, a satin stitch foot, and a darning plate. I don't even know what a darning plate is for yet!
